Whereever you look you hear the argument of lesser evil, of having no choice than to go down the slippery slope of enhancing efficiency in warfare leaving it to accelerated and automated decision making about whom to kill and what to destroy.
As if total war wasn't already bad enough the declared intent to achieve efficiency gains in killing people and laying ecocidal waste to the world will finally lead us to the brink of abyss.
