#SWTFpdx west of Terwilliger. This entire street is a perfect example of wasting space and money we don't have for #YellowCenterlines which tell drivers to go faster and that they own the space, meanwhile we expect them to be "careful". #AdvisoryBikeLanes would be a better use of the limited space and funding, let cars "share" the middle.

PBOT going to spend $1.3M making the pavement on NE Broadway more smooth for two lanes of car traffic (so the 2nd can kill you when the 1st stops at a crosswalk.)

Letโ€™s hope that whatever administration we end up with can quickly catch on about how PBOTโ€™s current project delivery process was designed to build and maintain streets for cars. Theyโ€™re failing to deliver on #VisionZero because they insist on everything being cast in concrete after years of โ€œoutreachโ€ that never reaches actual users on the street. Changes on the street need to happen *now*, match the timeline where we're suffering through #Vision60or70something becoming #Vision70or80something
