[FR] La Commission européenne utilise désormais @opentermsarchive pour suivre les CGU, politiques de confidentialité et autres documents contractuels des #VLOPs et #VLOSEs dans le cadre du #DSA.

Un pas important pour la transparence des plateformes et la souveraineté numérique européenne !

Taki obowiązek dotyczy 19 firm z największą liczbą użytkowników(#VLOPs i #VLOSEs).

Do wtorku (26.11) analizy opublikowały Wikipedia, Apple LinkedIn, Zalando i Bing.

Dłużej musieliśmy poczekać na X, Google Search, Facebook i Instagram

2. Działalność DSC powinna podlegać kontroli społecznej (np. przy organie może powstać rada doradcza z przedstawicielstwem organizacji społecznych).

3. Użytkownicy i użytkowniczki z Polski powinni móc skutecznie i łatwo składać skargi na naruszenie DSA przez usługodawców internetowych, w tym na usługodawców zarejestrowanych za granicą. Np. na największe platformy (#VLOPs) i wyszukiwarki internetowe (#VLOSEs).
