Beautiful documentary about Belgian #climber Klaas Willems, who keeps #climbing hard while battling #CysticFibrosis *and* #cancer. And as if that wasn't enough, he also developed tons of new routes in #ulassai on #sardinia .

Another hilly #trail run today, this time above the beautiful town of #Ulassai. And the weather finally turned, so no more cold wind and rain, but clear sky, sun and heat. But we came prepared with enough water and summer #running clothes. :)

We saw a lot of climbers and slack liners, whom it was terrifying even to watch.

We finished our #run just in time for a guided tour to the most spacious cave in #Sardinia, Grotta Su Marmoru. Pretty impressive, I'd recommend a visit there!
