My Tuscan jasmine is opening its first flowers of the year — *Trachelospermum jasminoides*! 🌸
Also sold as star jasmine, this evergreen climber goes by many names but delivers on all of them. Those small, propeller-shaped white flowers may look delicate, but the fragrance they produce is anything but subtle — sweet, rich and intoxicating, especially on warm evenings.
The buds open gradually over several weeks, so there's still plenty more to come. Worth every bit of patience.
