Or what the UN is warning of now and imminent famine, I would have said no. It's been obvious to me that the occupation has been a moral catastrophe for Israel, and that the treatment of Palestinian people has a blight on Israel's reputation since the founding of the state. But I had stupidly believed that there were limits."
