#Trumpism is characterized by adept articulation of resonant grievance, scapegoating and parasocial fealty and favor. While the performance can all be 99% bullshit and bluster, it all hangs like a dust droop from something real; a real pain, a real shame, a real fear - otherwise it can't mobilize self-righteous violence in the real. #Trump1 was enabled by #Wikileaks (shadowy forces do shadowy shit) and #Epstein (shadowy pervert does perverted shit), which birthed #pizzagate and #Q and the mythic 3 word quests (DrainTheSwamp, LockHerUp etc etc). The #hangnail remains shadowy perverts, the impetus for mobilization is a violation of the sanctity of an innocent. This is why #MAGAOnline is having a conniption right now, because Trump has blithely annd openly contradicted a founding myth of the cult - the promise of justice one day. No matter that he was obviously himself a pervert, or when the fabled one day would be, but by asking everyone to forget about it, he's unhooking the whole proto-ethnonational mythos from the one thing grounding it in the real.

Of course fash will still hope that with enough people to hate on and punch down at it won't matter, but such epistemic fractures cause schisms in movements built around narrative dogma.
