after reviewing many literatures so far, there are 3 similar words that not enough bike/ped tooter/tweeter talk about.

“urban form” focuses on the physical characteristics,

“urban fabric” on the layout and structure,

“urban morphology” on the study of their formation and transformation.

but yeah all focus on urban environments and stuff
