This will make alternative app stores like #fdroid mostly useless on #android devices with a stock rom, since most apps won't install at all, unless also available through the play store.

Being the dev of the #floss #apps #TinyWeatherForecastGermany and #imagepipe, it is unlikely that the apps will be available for devices running a stock rom in the future, since I likely won't share my private keys with G****e nor will I give them a copy of my ID.

I am happy to announce that my both main projects #TinyWeatherForecastGermany and #imagepipe are #reproducible #builds at the #izzyondroid repo.

ok, just released #TinyWeatherForecastGermany version 0.63.0 !

This update will fix some things:
- the clock widget should now be better resizable on #pixel devices
- updates the weather stations available ->
some new weather stations, especially in #lithuania
- various bug fixes and smaller ui improvements

I just updated the list of weather stations used by #TinyWeatherForecastGermany , and it turns out my app now supports 6291 locations worldwide.

Time to update the advertising claim from "over 5000 locations worldwide" to > 6000 👍
