@DTJackson It's sad to say that if the queue of HGVs really _were_ going through East Anglia it would be closer to home/their constituencies for some Brexit pushers; and if HS2 really _had_ managed to connect anywhere north of Yorkshire it would be less controversial. That cartoon is taking a rather rosy view of things. (-:
