Tamago Kake Gohan! Or raw egg over rice. Yes this will freak some people out and be in fear of me getting salmonella. Which would be true if I was eating organic non pasteurized eggs.

But the eggs are pasteurized so there is very little chance I will get salmonella!

This recipe is super easy! Consisting of rice, Soy sauce, mirin, salt, the cocaine of seasonings... MSG, Furikake and a raw egg!

Get a rice bowl or but any bowl will do, put freshly made rice in it, pour a little soy sauce and mirin, sprinkle in a little salt and msg, crack raw egg over top and beat it with chopsticks till it is nice and fluffy like a risotto. When done, sprinkle some Furikake on top and it's ready to eat!
