Savory-sweet shrimp paste based relish is flavored with galangal, fish sauce, roasted shallots, and coconut. It complements the fixings — roasted peanuts, shallots, roasted shaved coconut, dried shrimp, chopped lime, Thai Dragon peppers, and ginger — that go into leaf wraps beautifully.
