ps: does anyone have a foolproof (it is i. i am the fool.) tofu recipe? to try to reduce the amount of plastic in my life, i decided to make tofu at home. how hard could it be? turns out, very fucking hard - for me, at least. this is my fourth attempt & my fourth failure. i'm beginning to think i'm personally flawed.
