March #running recap: mileage climbed slightly from 218.6 → 219.9mi (227.6 including walking). EG reduced 5,925 → 5,142ft, and run time slightly reduced 38 → 37.5hrs.
This month I ran two races: Woodinville #HM and Redmond City #Marathon, 3 weeks apart! With tapering/recovery my mileage is decent. My VO2max also jumped to all-time high 54!
I'm now just 18.2mi behind my 2,500mi yearly goal (was 25.8mi last month)! #EarthDay 10K race is up next in less than 3 weeks. Onward!
