Sins of a Solar Empire 2's AI will now only hate you if you give it a good reason

The Sins of a Solar Empire 2 1.5 update overhauls the game's AI, turning its NPC factions from human-hating machines into diplomatic players.

I seem to be making solid progress at the moment on one of several current works, a novel that isn't exactly steampunk, isn't exactly magepunk, isn't exactly fantasy. I'm really unsure how to classify it. Its closest genre cousin might perhaps be Jack L. Chalker's Soul Rider series. Plus I have a volume of Sunlit Land short stories in progress, with three stories down, and the beginnings of a follow-on Stardock book, and an untitled mystery that might perhaps end up fitting into the Agencysphere.

So many books, so little sleep.

#Stardock has announced today that they're taking over the management for #Ara from Microsoft https://www.stardock.com/news/535669/stardock-entertainment-assumes-post-launch-production-leadershipfor-ara-history-untold (Oxide is staying the developer). Brad Wardell has posted on Twitter an article about how Stardock was managing Ara and #OldWorld before https://littletinyfrogs.com/article/535709/ara-history-untold---the-next-phase , but gave Ara away because there were some obvious conflicts with e.g. the target group.
At the same time Stardock has posted the new roadmap for Ara, which includes 2 updates in May and June, a new DLC in June, which apparently focuses on scenarios, and a major update for everything in summer this year.
It seems that the development will be interesting, and you can surely discuss that with us here https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/stardock-takes-over-ara-management-and-new-roadmap-for-ara.697891/ .
