What’s going on with Squadcast.fm? Is it being sunset by Descript? Or does it just have some quirks?

Right now if you ever modify anything to a studio session it generates a new invite URL. It’s so annoying.

Anyone from Descript or Squadcast here that can explain why?

Not exactly a blockbuster. Useful for customers, and I get this is a tempting adjacency (ask me how I know 😂) but I don't see this hurting #PagerDuty, let alone #Cisco, #Splunk, or #ServiceNow.

Tried SquadCast for my remote recording session with my friend and colleague. It's very good and smooth that we both have video in app plus separate recordings for every participant. But: it's rather expensive!

Anyone have suggestions for voice/sound recordings for remote sessions that's cheaper?
