Working on collard greens made with bone broth & caramelized onion& garlic, baked butternut squash lightly roasted w/ olive oil, & grilled chicken breasts for lunches (& who knows—snacks? Breakfasts?) for this week & some to freeze. Cooking collard greens properly takes quite a bit of prep time, but it’s totally worth it. I’m infinitely grateful for the American Indian and African communities from who pieces of this meal historically originate. #SouthernHistory #SouthernCooking #GlobalCommunity
