Floodplains doing what floodplains do best in Newbury alongside the Kennet this morning. Weirdly I didn't paddle in Barcelona, but I did before breakfast back here.

Took a minor detour into a park to get off the pavements and roads for a short bit. Saw the 'beware of boggy ground' signs well after I had been ankle deep in boggy muddy water, obviously! 😂 No good putting multiple signs on one end of the path and none at the other end 🤦
