Finally! I've been trying to get the 200% happiness achievement in #SlipwaysGame for a while now, and finally cracked it
I used the "long-term assignment" sector quirk which gave me a few extra years, the "beautiful sights" quirk which gives extra happiness on some planets, the "prosperity" perk to make it easier to get planets to Prosperous, the "excess" perk to give me more time, and as many happiness-based technologies as I could manage. "Disease eradication" gives 1 happiness and an extra pop (but I couldn't use it much.) "Empathic Links" is a good companion tech that lets you export an extra pop for 1 happiness at the destination. Cultural Exchange and Trade Hubs kick in a few more happiness but the latter always seems too expensive (in time) to set up, although it can provide extra exports to upgrade a planet.
