Test model for what I'm calling my Iron Sally's scheme, true metallic / contrast #slapchop basically.

Lesson learned: less is more with weathering, overdid it on this model

Busy day crafting as two of the girls had to finish their Saint Nic's presents. Allowed me some good #MiniaturePainting time. #SlapChop'd half a #Mordheim chaos warband with a super lazy banner, basecoated most of a #BloodBowl Sports Giant, and wrestled with some fkn misprints. Got to go to #historicon this weekend. Really fantastic convention with a focus on historical wargames but also has some fantastical stuff. There was an entire booth selling #ironwindmetals battletech stuff, and I found my new best friend, the Black Python. With #battletech night on Monday, it was a sprint to paint up the mech. #slapchop was used, although I did a zenithal with the airbrush instead of a drybrush. The plan is to do more highlights and touchups later.
