FlamekebabHonestly, this is a really ugly paint job. I can't get the banner's look right (it's supposed to look like it was done by a grot!). Maybe I'll revisit it in future, but probably not.

Still, this does mean that my Ghazghkull proxy's unit is complete. (All #Mezgike sculpts). I don't like the idea of Ghazzy appearing on the battlefields of my little backwater - seems a bit low-rent for him.

Adam Perfect : MinisAnd a little more progress last night...
The armour is nearly done; needs the final light metallic effect adding. I've started on some of the heads and weapons, and done a rough black rim to the bases to get a feel for overall colour balance (also it looks nicer, which encourages me that I'm making some progress).
Good stopping point for tonight. Focused on some smaller details, washes and dry brushing some areas.
Happy with the progress although tomorrow I have to figure out how I'm going to do the horns.
The Mr joined me tonight. He was painting up his Imperial Guards
