Perhaps my best #silvereye photo from today

Technically it's a bit "meh" - but the silk-screen effect of the blurred out foreground petals is quite funky in this instance

I just posted an animated gif to #iNaturalist of the hoard of silvereyes (tauhou) that visit our sugar water feeders every morning. So many little sugar junkies.

Fun observation today while out in the garden enjoying the sunshine for a while:

It seems the silvereyes have been busy with the Autumn Birdy Berry Tree's plump red gifts already! Found a few fruit with their characteristic "puncture wounds", indicating they've been enjoying their autumn treats

Explains why I've heard a lot more birdsong recently too!
