There is something about having Monday off that is good but not fully satisfying. It's like, fine, we skipped Monday, but then Tuesday just becomes the Monday.

Starting the work week on Wednesday, though? That's a different story. The inherent Monday-ness is somehow over-ridden by how far into the week we are.
