#Journal of a slightly positive Dutch AuDHD Pixy
(Monday, 30/03/2026).
Well… I did not start this week feeling rested and fit. Somehow, my brain had decided that after less than 4 hours of sleep, I just had to get up and start my “day”. The first few hours, I felt less tired than I had expected. I relaxed for a while on the couch, worked on the huge load of new puppy pics that had been shared in the puppy chat. I watched some TV, took my meds, and around 22, I got ready to head to the gym.
Skoosh and I arrived safe and sound. I got to my social bits while I was enjoying my protein shake. After that, I got to the recumbent bike. I rode it for 15 minutes this time, which my leg agreed to a bit better. Then, I got to the strength machines, and I managed to do two different little arm exercises. After a massage in the chair, I got ready to get to Skoosh, and we headed back home again.
We got home, I washed up, got to the couch, and started working on my journal toot. I finished up on my journal blog post as well, and then I worked on the new puppy pics for a while. I had not finished them all, but I was starting to feel more tired. So, I had my brekkie, I watched some TV, and then I went to the treadmill. I had wanted to walk for 15 minutes, but I managed to push myself, and I made it to 30 minutes. I was tired as heck, but it did feel good.
I got back to the couch, where I watched TV for a while. Then, I got my book, and I read for a while as well. As I was getting hungry, being up a bit longer than usual, I fixed myself a proper meal. Yay me! After that, I read some more, until bestie called me on her way to work.
After the call, I read a bit more. When I had relaxed for a while, and the weather was well enough, I headed out for a short walk around the block. I got back, watched some telly while I wrote a bit for my blog. I watched some more telly, starting to doze off a bit at times. When my neighbor texted the black 🖤 fluff text, I headed out. He got all the snuggles and snacks, and then I headed home, and I got to bed.
It didn’t take too long for me to doze off. I woke up twice during the night, and when I woke up again, it was about 20 minutes until my alarm was set to go off. So, I got up, and I started my “day”.
