Well, so far season 3 of #Buffy , specially the second half, has been one great episode after another.
Just had a salad for dinner. Big one, mixed with a bit of rice, ham and turkey. If that is not a "healthy" meal, there's nothing more I can do.

I'm off tomorrow morning because of a medical appointment, so I was trying to finish a work task and email results to boss today... I'm so close to finish it, but it's after 6 PM and boss has already logged out. Frak.
Better log off myself now and focus on dinner.
