WOW. I have to share this absolute screw-up. I bought the full series Blu-Ray set for Star Trek Discovery. I looked at the discs and something felt off, so I checked... I've got duplicates of Season 1 Disc 3, Season 4 Disc 1 and Season 5 Disc 5. In opposite, I'm missing entirely Season 1 Disc 1, Season 4 Disc 3 and Season 5 Disc 1.

Cherry on top? The package says this contains 20 discs, but it's really 21, because there's a separate disc for the bonuses!!

The Met announce no charges against any of the republicans arrested at the coronation, accept that the items that were so dangerous were in fact for what the demonstrators said they were for, and that there was no communication between the police liaising with them beforehand and the police on the ground. ie the Met are some proportion of incompetant, authoritarian, and trying to spin out of a hole.
