I was pleasantly surprised to spot my Glasgow Uncovered book in the Glasgow 850 window display of the Waterstones on Argyle Street yesterday. Incidently, this building is featured on the Anderston and Argyle Street walk from this book, as is Central Station, which you can just see reflected in the window on the left.

I’m off to Edinburgh today, speaking about Ashes and Stones at the Edinburgh International Book Festival tomorrow. I haven’t been on a plane in over six years.
