I'm in no way an expert, but the thin silver lines just visible in this photo of the corner glass panes in the roof of Central Station in Glasgow look like thermal stress fractures. This is the section nearest to where the Union Corner Building previously stood before it burned down, and if they are thermal stress fractures, they indicate just how close the fire came to damaging the structure of the neighbouring station.
