@EvilWriter the Trust mechanic in Cold City and Hot War by Contested Ground Studios. At the end of each session, all characters either increase or decrease their trust in the other characters, along with an explanation of why it changed.

@KeithDEdinburgh At our games club in Aberdeen we do similar. Through the year we have 4 X 5 week sessions of the same campaign games interspersed with 4 X 7 weeks sessions of self contained "feature games". It seems to be able to scratch both itches for most of our players
