Уже скоро год, как запущена AI-платформа для хранения и аналитики персональных медицинских данных Lissa Health . Недавно в ней появился отчет «Профиль здоровья», который учитывает любую информацию, которую пользователь предоставил о себе. Чтобы его реализовать, нам пришлось полностью переработать идеологию движка системы. Мы совершили качественный переход от документо-центрической к фактор-центрической модели данных, где атомом информации о здоровье человека является медицинский факт с уникальным кодом и контекстом. Ниже - техническое описание новой структуры.

Das interessante ist, das mit HL7 CDA und HL7 FHIR sogar Standards existieren, die aber noch an die deutschen Verhältnisse (u.a. wie wird bei einem Labortest der spezifische Test kodiert (mittels LOINC oder SNOMED oder gar C-NPU?), welche Unit of Measurement gehört zu diesem Test, ...) angepasst werden müssten.

L'interop on aime :-).
Seul point de vigilance est que les standards peuvent aussi venir de puissance hégémonique.
Exemple Schema.org veut structurer les données sur internet et est soutenu activement par #Google.
Un autre : la #SNOMED est une terminologie médicale permettant l'interop sémantique en santé. Le problème est qu'elle est maintenue par les USA et payante...
