Уже скоро год, как запущена AI-платформа для хранения и аналитики персональных медицинских данных Lissa Health . Недавно в ней появился отчет «Профиль здоровья», который учитывает любую информацию, которую пользователь предоставил о себе. Чтобы его реализовать, нам пришлось полностью переработать идеологию движка системы. Мы совершили качественный переход от документо-центрической к фактор-центрической модели данных, где атомом информации о здоровье человека является медицинский факт с уникальным кодом и контекстом. Ниже - техническое описание новой структуры.

Das interessante ist, das mit HL7 CDA und HL7 FHIR sogar Standards existieren, die aber noch an die deutschen Verhältnisse (u.a. wie wird bei einem Labortest der spezifische Test kodiert (mittels LOINC oder SNOMED oder gar C-NPU?), welche Unit of Measurement gehört zu diesem Test, ...) angepasst werden müssten.

In Switzerland, researchers can use a federated query system to browse #RoutineHealthData of over half a million #patients (who agreed to the use of their data for research purposes).

This allows #feasibility assessments based on age, gender, diagnosis (in #ICD10), medication (in #ATC), Lab (in #LOINC and #UCUM) and procedures (in #CHOP).

The data is fully anonymized and the system is decentralized, keeping the hospitals in full control of the data.
