In a week it will be Remembrance day in Canada.

My great-grandfather fought in WWI and my grandfather fought in WWII. Neither would discuss what they did or saw overseas. Both came back changed, not for the better.

I am an anti-Fascist just like they were. I will honour their sacrifices by speaking out and fighting for those who have no voices.

This is not abut wearing a poppy for one day, but resisting oppression every day.
