Moonrise by Hell Gate Bridge, March 2, half way through Ramadan. Unfortunately, no Acela was scheduled that afternoon so I couldn't get Princess Avelia and the moon in the same photo. Didn't get to see the lunar eclipse early March 3 since it was cloudy. #nyc #dusk #fullmoon #moonrise #bridge #railroadbridge #architecture #landscapephotography #darktable #goldenhour

Still that trip to Randalls Island last week. After finishing the long expired Ilford XP2, I changed to a roll of slightly expired CineStill 50D. Color correcting color negatives in #darktable is a huge pain in the ass and histogram stretching is only the very beginning. I get to see how ECN-2 developing of this cine film creates low contrast, as cine films are meant for a lot of editing, so I felt free to edit, not feeling bad about betraying the "personality" of the film. #nyc #architecture #goldenhour #bridge #railroadbridge #reflection #landscapephotography #filmphotography #analogphotography #believeinfilm #winter #snow #yashica #cinestill #mediumformat
We got to that railroad bridge that takes the Appalachian Trail across the Potomac River to Harpers Ferry. Had to lift my bike up the stairs. Yeah, after 4 days of biking at least 60 miles a day, I was tired. #biketouring #railroadbridge #harpersferry #tunnel #darktable
From the backlog: September 18, 2025, day 1 of the GAP and C&O ride from Pittsburgh to DC. We rode from Pittsburgh to Connellsville. #pennsylvania #biketouring #railroadbridge #reflection #river #nature #photography #darktable #greatalleghenypassagetrail

More bridges on the Susquehanna around Harrisburg. That's the part of the Capital Area Greenbelt I enjoyed the most; I didn't really enjoy the inland part. #harrisburg #pennsylvania #bridges #railroadbridge #susquehanna #landscape #photography #darktable #architecture
After revisiting Bird in Hand, I headed to Harrisburg. I rode a long bike path by the Susquehanna River. This is Shock's Mill Bridge. Because the Susquehanna River is too shallow and rocky for navigation, the bridges here look very different from those on the Hudson which is navigable and has a glorious maritime history. So the bridges are low as they don't need to let ships through. #pennsylvania #railroadbridge #bridge #architecture #river #photography #darktable #biketouring #susquehanna
