A transportation run to the mother's nursing home and back. Stopped by at a supermarket on my way and got her fresh fruits and snacks. I met her in her room. She was good.

Took my regular route along 2 rivers back home. The weather was almost perfect for running. It is a bit warm for my un-heat-acclimated body though. I love this time of year. Felt tired in the last couple of miles.

A transportation run

Had a phone call from the mother's nursing home in late afternoon. Among the other things, looks like she needs more spring/summer socks and underwear.

It was a sunny warm day. I decided to go out for a run to the bike path along the river before the sunset. Stopped by at a discount clothes store on my way back home and got her socks and underwear.

Ran 12 km super easy.

Here comes summer !

Last week, I enjoyed cherry blossoms while I ran. Today, the temperature went up to 26C. It's officially a Summer Day.

Went out to the bike path along Sakaigawa River. Ran 16.2 km (10 miles) easy. There were a lot of traffic, runners, walkers, and cyclists on the bike path.

It was the 1st run in 4 days. I felt heavy and sluggish. Only wore shorts and T-shirt, besides carrying a water bottle.
