#CGAPrints update: Teal! This (top right) is #ProtoPasta Atikam HTPLA - say "Atikam" backwards and you'll see the original inspiration for the colour. It's a beautiful shade and fits perfectly (I think) in with the rest of the palette so far - which I'm super relieved about, because it came quite a long way to be here.

The hardest decisions are out of the way, so filling out the rest is just a matter of time as I pick up another colour or two as I go along.

I stumbled across the fact that #Protopasta has a bi-monthly filament subscription. https://proto-pasta.com/products/endless-pastabilities

My interest was piqued, BUT I couldn't make the numbers make sense. $75 for 3 500g spools of "special" colors every 2 months?

Then i went and checked out the prices of their "special" spools. ~$50/kg !

Beautiful colors, though. I'm definitely coming back for special projects.

#Protopasta HTPLA Matte Fiber Honey Wood is a little stringy, but looks nice.

And so does their translucent Gold Dust HTPLA. It's not that "golden", but really sparkly. 🙂

I stopped my #Protopasta subscription because I wanted to slow down on my filament intake. That was of course before I got the #BambuP1P. And though I haven't started it back up again, I did just put in an order for 5 spools from them. 😜 Cuz I got some favorites I want to keep on hand, and there are just too many other pretty colors... 🙂

That should just about fill up my current storage boxes. Guess I need to get more of those too. 🤣

It.. uh... is a thing.
