Have been waiting to hear about whether my #PropertyOwner will let me sign another 12-month #lease, and was mentally preparing for a #rent increase of $50 or more per week.

The email finally came today. There will be another 12-month lease, and increase of $40 per month. I am beyond relieved. And I am so lucky that this well within my means.
