Merri Creek morning strolls before farewelling Naarm Melbourne.

Keep it classy, Melbourne. I'll be back for The Boy Maeve's book launch on 4 June!

The car needed a run so off I tootled to Seawinds Garden then swung by Mornington for a scallop pie ๐Ÿ˜‹

Autumn colours included what looked like a pine or fir tree with yellowing needles, creating a shimmering effect as the sun shone on them.

The gum trees were looking beautiful and did not need autumn leaves to attract me

Not sure if the thing growing out of the ground is a mushroom/fungus/other but it was joining in the autumn theme

The things you do for your kids (drive 700km for a concert, and buy merch there too)

Today's local ride was autumn themed, kinda like an old fashioned meandering Sunday drive but on a bike.

This red leaved tree was probably my favourite

In the recently reopened Degraves St. underpass; nice to see some heritage features have been retained
