The kid and I refer to our #potsticker, and dumpling in general, fandom as a cult, cause we're the only potsticker fans we know IRL😅
Although we did convince mom to try some, and she liked them. Maybe she will join the cult!? :D
Maybe it's a #pastafarian sect? The Dumplingist sect. We respect the colander, but it is not a vital part of our cooking tools or attire. xD
It's late night #potsticker time! I'm trying to refine my cooking process. Boiling is convenient, but the result is often soggy. steaming is OK, as long as the steamer isn't toxic, 😬 But pan-boil-frying has nice results, when it works.
I can now confidently say, that my potstickers weren't burnt on the bottom, this time. :D #gyoza #jiaozi
