Overview The City of Hobart is a city located in and the county seat of Kiowa County in the State of Oklahoma, west-southwest of Oklahoma City and located toward the southwestern corner of the State. Today, the community is associated with the General Franks Institute and Museum as well as for early White settlement, a cultural trait shared with Greer County communities such as Mangum to the west.
