Scotland's councils said anyone who had not received their postal votes should get in touch.

Reading the #BBC news site, you would be forgiven for thinking that it was solely in Scotland that #PostalVotes were delayed. Its covered in the Scottish section but not elsewhere.

I went looking and found this in #TheTelegraph. Apparently its throughout #BrokenBritain, not just #Scotland.
