I am a very direct person. I communicate directly with a mutual first. I don't do give hints/passive aggressive style. I will be direct. I have no issues being direct with folks. I think most folks aren't used to direct communications because they rarely get to experience that in their daily lives. Too many people are scared of directly honest #communication. That's sad.
