Last chance for some #parkruntourism this month (as I am volunteering next week). I had originally planned to head down to Bridgewater to tick off a number 9 event, but they cancelled due to slippery conditions. Instead I was able to collect a 394 at Wotton which was slippery even in trail shoes.

Lots of corners around which to come unstuck, so no surprise that the fastest time of the day was 20:38. I took it steady and was rewarded with 10th overall and 1st lady.

Some #parkruntourism today. First ‘I’ #parkrun, 10 more letters to get in the alphabet challenge. 25th location and 197th #parkrun overall. Thanks to the volunteers on this blustery morning!

Today was supposed to be an easy 3 miles, but it was club #parkruntourism and I ended up running steady-hard (after an easy start). Didn't quite manage a royal progression due to the hill right at the end. I did manage to sneak over 70% age grading, which is always good for #parkrun

I’ve been away for work this week and indulged in some #parkruntourism, at Princes #parkrun in #Liverpool. Nice 2.5 lap course on pavement, gently undulating and very popular.
