I went to the library the other day and to no one's surprise I borrowed another cookbook. I borrowed Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking. I love Maangchi's videos and have wanted to check out her cookbook for a while.
So far from this book I think I'm going to make oxtail soup. It's not too far outside my comfort zone and it sounds delicious. It also looks very cozy to make. I'll keep you updated if I actually make it.
