Die Pho ist das Nationalgericht Vietnams. Gegessen wird sie traditionell mit Stäbchen in der einen und Löffel in der anderen Hand. Die Stäbchen sind für die Einlagen (Nudeln, Tofu), der Löffel für die Brühe – Schlürfen ist dabei ausdrücklich erlaubt!
