Power has been out for much of Wednesday in parts of Délı̨nę, N.W.T.
The problem was caused by an overloaded feeder line, ekw'ahtı̨dǝ́ Daniel Gaudet told CBC.

i found something that helped (actually my therapist told me a while ago and i forgot): i devided the task 'clean my room' in many smaller tasks or parts of my room. for each part i wrote down each kategory of stuff that i had to pick up and bring somewhere else... so i had even tinyer steps.

after writing the list of one part i stood up and did each task.. ans so on and so forth.

after three tasks done that way i was able to finish the rest without writing each step down.

yaay.

(now i can finally paint something)

- Surprise Acute Diverticulitis so bad it was misdiagnosed initially as a kidney stone

- Semi-accidentally buying a car to replace 13yo LEAF (pre-tsunami)

- Discovering two crowns needed replacing... oops, need a THIRD now

So much pain. Spasms in my right foot, fungal infection in my crotch causing bleeding (caused by keep needing antibiotics & lack of support with washing), osteoarthritis. The oven is broken. DVLA lost my driver's license. Decluttering has ended but is not finished. And I've been told I need to move doctors to get the care I need but the move could mess up my zolodex injections & care in general at least in the short term.
