MCDOT is promoting #MontgomeryCountyMD's 🟢 #OperationGreenLight 🟢 initiative with a wrapped and neon lit bus for the month of #November in honor of #VeteransDay. All Ride On buses will have informational cards on board with QR codes & a phone number for information for veterans' resources.

Is this something that really means anything? Is it something you're aware of and appreciate? My literal first exposure was driving by some local government buildings lit in green as I was dropping off my ballot this year.

I'd planned a generic red/white/blue lighting scheme until I then saw a post about it on FB. Asking to learn...
