Just as a suggestion, please don't let Ego get in the way of improving business processes and applications. I just came out of a meeting where someone who had a great idea was shut down by someone else only on the grounds that the person's idea was better tan the person shutting them down. I've seen this type of attitude ruin more good ideas and progress than anything else. :( #business #workenvironment #officepolitics
