❄️👟The Winter Walk has been postponed to March 22 due to the recent snowstorm and extreme cold. In my two‑minute video, I share an excerpt from the organizers that reminds us how dangerous winter weather is for our unhoused neighbors—conditions they can’t simply step away from.

🎯With nonprofits facing major funding cuts, this work matters now more than ever. I’ll still be there on March 22, and the need continues.

🗣️ 20+ years in the fitness industry—and there were times my personal journey with clinical depression and sobriety brought real challenges. The support of friends and the medical community was a lifesaver.
