Geäußerte Kritik geht mit persönlicher Wertschätzung einher. Durch eine Haltung des Respekts und des Sorgetragens lassen sich Beziehungen verändern, ohne sie zu kappen. Doch Trennungen sind nie ausgeschlossen.

👉 In Kreisgesprächen des Kooperativenverbundes Cecosesola (Venezuela) werden konkrete Verhaltensweisen offen kritisiert. Das geht oft an die Substanz, doch die Wortwahl bleibt respektvoll. Nach Konfliktsituationen vermittelt z.B. auch eine Umarmung die Botschaft: Ich sehe Dich als Mensch.
