Eine Stufe niedriger fände ich aber schon hilfreich, eine OSM-basierte App zu kennen, die mehrere Routenalternativen anbietet, ohne dass mensch selbst mit Wegpunkten aktiv werden muss...irgenwelche Ideen dazu? Weder @organicmaps noch #OSMscout können das leider :( ...

Petit teaser… j'ai migré tous mes usages vers #SailfishOS durant le w-e.

J'ai pris plein de notes pour en faire un billet complet sur #LinuxFR.

Mon objectif suivant est de me passer de la couche de compatibilité #Android (qui marche très bien), mais le téléphone est déjà 100% opérationnel en l'état.

J'utilise le client natif #Sailtrix pour #Matrix, et il me reste à mettre en service les clients natifs #Whisperfish (pour #Signal) et #ArcaneChat (pour #DeltaChat).

J'ai du GPS hors-ligne qui fonctionne #OSMScout, un bon logiciel de #Wikipedia hors-ligne (et 5Go de livres en bonus), mes contacts, agendas et notes synchronisées #NextCloud, #Kagi, #OTP, #OBD…

@MITM0 @Lofenyy and OsmAnd-like map application, with downloadable POI databases and better routing.
#PureMaps wiith #OSMScout server are somewhat usable, but they miss a lot of features (recording, public POIs, better address search, categorization of personal POIs, etc.) and still have problems, like plotting nonsensical navigation routes at roundabouts or complex intersections.

O.k. @rinigus helped me to find it: https://forums.puri.sm/t/a-nice-free-software-gps-navi-app/5584/62?u=chrichri #puremaps can open a #gpx file for #navigation.

I already made a #gpx using #brouter and imported it. Didn't try to follow it, yet, but I do not doubt it'll work.

Meanwhile I compiled and installed #brouter on my #notebook and started using it with a local #brouterweb interface. Cool!

The missing part is the #tileserver for serving #openstreetmap #offline to #brouter and #puremaps.

I'll try #osmscout-server...

Yes, great. Since I had my problems finding it - even after you wrote it 🙂 - here are some screenshots how to do it: click navigation symbol open top right corner menu and click on ‘use stadia maps’ click on ‘gpx’ or ‘gpx smart’ and confirm with ‘accept’ click the navigation symbol in the upper bar to view your route Really cool, I’ll have to try it 🙂 .

Gestern Abend habe ich dann noch die Offline #Navigation von #PureMaps getestet. Funktioniert hervorragend!

Zur Kartenverwaltung wird #OSMscout Server verwendet, welches man separat installieren muss.

Auch die Sprachausgabe (#TTS) hat funktioniert. Die Anweisungen finde ich inhaltlich gut gelungen und zeitlich gut platziert.

Auch das Neuberechnen von Routen funktioniert prima.

Resumé: Gute, brauchbare Navigationsanwendung.
